Violin – Mridangam – Tabla Trio

This trio comprising of artists with well over 20 years of concert experience each, bring some of the best creative and innovative music from India. The group comprising Violin by Raghu, Mridangam by Adamya and Tabla by Adarsh have been performing together since the age of 10, when they were all featured young artists of the All-India Radio Bangalore. They bring with them the capability to present traditional North Indian and South Indian Classical Music, at the same time being completely adept in the formats of Jugalbandi, World Music and Collaborations. Each of these artists have performed alongside some of the senior most musicians of India and have carved a niche for themselves in the Indian Classical music circles. Their collective experience of working with artists from all genres has opened up many new dimensions and performances.

The Music​
Having trained for over 30 years in the most traditional classical styles, the trio have deep roots in the purest form of Classical Music of both North and South India. They are adept at performing Classical Music concerts with special percussion dialogues between the Mridangam and Tabla. These presentations encompass Original Compositions, Traditional Indian Classical Compositions and Light Classical pieces.​​The unique trio is also open to collaborate with lead artists from the North Indian Classical style like Vocalists, Sitar Players, Bansuri players etc which can be tailored as a Jugalbandi. The Artists also have experience working with Bharatanatyam and Kathak dancers, as well as western musicians, making collaborations with all of these artists a possibility. In addition to this the trio are well versed in giving Lecture demonstrations and workshops on Indian Classical Music.
